Great new premises in Genesis. Mariska brings a professional approach to remedial Massage and asks the right questions to work on the areas you have issues. Highly recommend. In Mariska's absence I booked Chelsea in May 2023 who had comprehensive notes on my previous sessions with Mariska and was able to continue to work on my problem areas. A great team, fun and social, and excellent standard. Worth it.

Mariska has a knack for finding the true source of your discomfort by asking questions upfront and exploring the muscles that might be feeding into the affected area while you're on the table. Additionally, she will provide you with stretches so you can maintain the much improved state you're in afterwards!

Mariska was absolutely wonderful in her support of myself and my newborn. Went to her for a massage, with my newborn by my side. She was very thorough and was a great with the massage. My newborn was obviously suffering from colicky symptoms through the message and she assisted me with tips to try for her. I subsequently requested her to teach me baby massage and it was the best thing I could have done. Mariska was lovely and patient, very calming with her teaching of the technique and gave me some really great skills to make my baby feel more comfortable. Highly recommend her!
